★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenotato a giugno per ottobre, per conto di un amica, via email. Nessuna conferma ricevuta. Chiamati ad agosto e non sapevano se avevo prenotato o no! Passo ad agosto per confermare la prenotazione e ancora non si ricordavano della email di prenotazione.
Prendono appunti sulla prenotazione e ci accordiamo che li avrei chiamati un giorno prima della partenza per informazioni sul nostro arrivo.
Chiamo e non si ricordano della prenotazione, mi dicono che mi avrebbero richiamato e invece non sono riuscito più a mettermi in contatto. Ho dovuto prenotare altrove. Pessimi davvero!
Booked in June for October, on behalf of a friend, via email. No confirmation received. Called in August and didn't know if I had booked or not! Step in August to confirm the booking and still did not remember the booking email.
They take notes on the booking and we agree that I would call them a day before departure for information on our arrival.
I call and they don't remember the reservation, they tell me that they would call me back and instead I couldn't get in touch. I had to book somewhere else. You really bad me!
