Grazie a Ierene e Salvo per la gentilezza e professionalità. A magical place where time seems to have stopped. Abbiamo prenotato un tavolo per quattro persone, di cui una celiaca, che non ha avuto pane senza glutine o crackers, dovendo gustare tutti i piatti senza alcun tipo di pane. Tutte le portate assolutamente prive di sale, pasta totalmente scotta. Il personale poco attento e interessato ai piatti pieni che portavano via. Il dolce è stato servito con molto ritardo, poiché essendoci state molte prenotazioni era finito, pertanto hanno improvvisato un dolce che era un assaggio di ricotta, piuttosto che un dessert vero e proprio. Tutto questo disservizio per 40 euro a persona, direi assurdo. Siamo andate a pagare con la mia amica e il proprietario si è infastidito per le nostre numerose critiche, ha detto che si prendeva le sue responsabilità per le mancanze nei confronti della mia amica celiaca e invece abbiamo pagato interamente il conto, senza neanche uno sconto. Proprietario molto scortese e direi anche misogeno, ha mostrato una estrema maleducazione nei confronti di due giovani donne. Bad Experience !!! We booked a table for four people, one of whom was celiac, who didn't have gluten-free bread or crackers, having to enjoy all dishes without any type of bread. All courses absolutely salt-free, totally overcooked pasta. The staff were not very attentive and interested in the full plates they took away. The dessert was served very late, as there were many reservations it was finished, so they improvised a dessert that was a taste of ricotta, rather than a real dessert. All this disservice for 40 euros per person, I would say absurd. We went to pay with my friend and the owner was annoyed by our many criticisms, he said he took his responsibility for the shortcomings towards my celiac friend and instead we paid the bill in full, without even a discount. Very rude and I would say misogenic owner, he showed extreme rudeness towards two young women.

Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e curatissime nei dettagli dall'impianto elettrico alla scelta dei rubinetti tutto in tema. Un soggiorno in questa masseria fortificata ti porta indietro nel tempo menomale che c'è il wifi. I padroni di casa sono estremamente disponibili e riescono a soddisfare tutte le esigenze, Paolo un ottimo padrone di casa il figlio uno chef notevole la nuora molto cordiale e professionale. Il menù fisso ampio e ben cucinato un pò lunghi i tempi tra le portate principali. Per il resto tutto squisito ovviamente largo uso dello zafferano essendo di loro produzione. Consigliato. We took advantage of the Easter package with overnight stay on Easter day and breakfast and lunch on Easter Monday 2022. The rooms are spacious, clean and with great attention to detail from the electrical system to the choice of taps, all on the same theme. A stay in this fortified farmhouse takes you back in time luckily there is wifi. The hosts are extremely helpful and are able to satisfy all needs, Paolo an excellent host, the son a remarkable chef, the daughter-in-law very friendly and professional. The wide and well cooked fixed menu a little long the times between the main courses. For the rest, all exquisite, obviously, a wide use of saffron being of their production. Advised.

Il pranzo curato negl ingredienti e nell'impiattamento, tante piccole portate gourmet per un pasto completo e piacevole dai sapori genuini. Qualche ombra daa attenzionare: qualche piccola defaillance nelle portate, tipo i ravioli poco sapidi e quasi crudi di cottura, il prezzo leggermente alto, gli spazi esterni da sistemare e allargare. Nel complesso, una buona esperienza. Beautiful farmhouse in the Buccheri countryside, with a very refined interior in a rustic style. The staff very kind and welcoming, neat and clean interior. The lunch prepared with ingredients and dishes, many small gourmet courses for a complete and pleasant meal with genuine flavors. Some shade to be noted: some small defaillance in the courses, such as the not very tasty and almost raw cooked ravioli, the slightly high price, the external spaces to be arranged and enlarged. Overall, a good experience.

La location è molto bella e ben tenuta, le camere sono pulitissime e confortevoli, la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. Della cena non riesco davvero a scegliere quale portata ho preferito visto la bontà di tutto, anche la colazione era composta da ottimi prodotti. Spero davvero di passare altri weekend in questo posto! :) Magnificent venue and food! The location is very beautiful and well maintained, the rooms are spotless and comfortable, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff immediately put us at ease. Of the dinner I can't really choose which course I preferred given the goodness of everything, even the breakfast was made up of excellent products. I really hope to spend more weekends in this place! :)

Cibo ottimo , abbiamo fatto una degustazione con circa 10/11 portate , complimenti allo Chef . Beautiful Masseria in the Buccheri countryside. Hospitality 10 !!! Thanks to Irene and to Mr. Paolo. Excellent food, we had a tasting with about 10/11 courses, congratulations to the Chef.

The whole place is a great project with enthusiastic owners full of ideas and inspirations. They also offer accommodation, elegant rooms finely furnished with ancient Sicilian beds and lovely deco touches.
