Eccellente esperienza, casa molto graziosa, pulita ed accogliente. La signora susy è stata gentilissima. Ottima posizione all’interno di un parco. Se torneró a Napolì, alloggeró sicuramente in questo fantastico B&B.

Excellent experience, very nice house, clean and welcoming. Mrs susy was very kind. Excellent location within a park. If I return to Napolì, I will definitely stay in this fantastic B&B.

Pessima esperienza. Prenotiamo il monolocale di Susi tramite sito Arbnb due notti (tra l'altro un lunedì e un martedì inizio settimana) pagando tramite PayPal 50 euro. La prenotazione viene accettata ed il propietario (un certo Gabriele) mi lascia i suoi recapiti telefonici. Chiamo per chiedere info sul check-in e mi risponde la madre, la signora Susy, che con estrema disponibilità ci dice che possiamo venire con calma, che abita in zona e non c'è problema con orari di check-in. Due ore prima di recarci al monolocale però incredibilmente la prenotazione viene CANCELLATA. Chiamo la signora che mi dice che non c'è alcun problema e possiamo pagare in contanti direttamente al check-in....e indovinate? La signora ci chiede 70€!! Quando mostriamo la prenotazione accettata dal figlio sul sito Arbnb e poi 'misteriosamente' cancellata un'ora prima del check-in concordato, lei si giustifica dicendo che non sa come sia possibile questo prezzo e che non sa cosa fa il figlio sul sito (poveretta lei apre solo la porta...che poi prima ammette di gestire l'attività con il figlio e poi non sa che prezzi sono scritti sul sito Arbnb). Ma la cosa più brutta non è stata solo la palese disonestà della signora 'così gentile da toglierci 10 euro per il disagio del materasso'...ma il fatto di essere ormai arrivati alle 20:00, non sapere dove andare e quindi costretti ad accettare sentendoci fregati da questi due personaggi (per dieci euro!!) Inoltre il materasso era completamente sfondato, impossibile dormirci e la pulizia lasciava a desiderare (allego immagine dei peli trovati sulle asciugamani). Ovviamente NON consiglio assolutamente il pernottamento al monolocale della signora Susy.

Bad experience. We book the Susi studio apartment through the Arbnb website for two nights (including a Monday and a Tuesday at the beginning of the week) paying 50 euros via PayPal. The reservation is accepted and the owner (a certain Gabriele) leaves me his telephone numbers. I call to ask for info on check-in and the mother, Mrs. Susy, replies, who with extreme availability tells us that we can come calmly, who lives in the area and there is no problem with check-in times. Two hours before going to the studio, however, the reservation is incredibly CANCELED. I call the lady who tells me there is no problem and we can pay cash directly at check-in .... and guess what? The lady asks us for 70 € !! When we show the booking accepted by the child on the Arbnb website and then 'mysteriously' canceled one hour before the agreed check-in, she justifies herself by saying that she does not know how this price is possible and that she does not know what the child does on the site (poor she only opens the door ... who then first admits to running the business with her son and then doesn't know what prices are written on the Arbnb website). But the worst thing was not only the blatant dishonesty of the lady 'so kind as to take 10 euros away from us for the discomfort of the mattress' ... but the fact that we have now arrived at 20:00, not knowing where to go and therefore forced to accept feeling cheated by these two characters (for ten euros !!) In addition, the mattress was completely broken, impossible to sleep on it and the cleanliness left something to be desired (I enclose a picture of the hairs found on the towels). Obviously I absolutely do NOT recommend staying overnight at Mrs. Susy's studio.
