La personne qui loue cet appartement est très gentil, prévenant et réactif aux messages. Le petit moins est la sonorité, nous entendions beaucoup les voitures lorsque nous étions dans la chambre.. ce qui n'est pas très favorable pour un bon sommeil Accommodation that we have booked through Airbnb for the weekend The place is very clean, functional, with everything you need for cooking. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания, как для краткосрочного, так и длительного пребывания (от утюга и до стиральной машине). Месторасположение также отличное: в пяти-семи минутах ходьбы станция метро, в двух шагах кафе, где можно покушать, а также множество магазинов и пару супермаркетов. Единственный минус - это то, что окна выходят на оживленную улицу и слышно, как ездят авто. Если бы водители не сигналили с причиной и без, то этот маленький минус можно было бы и не заметить. Ну и сам хозяин, очень гостеприимный)) Excellent clean apartment for 5 people. All photos provided by the owner correspond to reality. The apartment has everything you need to stay, both for short and long stay (from iron to washing machine). The location is also excellent: a five-seven-minute walk to the metro station, two steps from a cafe where you can eat, as well as many shops and a couple of supermarkets. The only negative is that the windows overlook a busy street and you can hear the car driving. If drivers did not signal with reason and without, then this small minus could not have been noticed. Le stanze sono dotate di condizionatori e la cucina del necessario per la colazione. Un bel gran appartamento a due passi da quello che si vuole vedere a Napoli. We stayed for one night as a base for a long return trip from Sicily to Treviso. From the place you reach the center quickly. All'interno del b&b ci sono tutti i confort (riscaldamenti, free wi fi, tv, biancheria, cucina, pentolame ben fornito, elettrodomestici, lavatrice, stendi abiti, ferro da stiro, insomma... tutto quello di cui una persona ha bisogno sentendosi a casa). L'appartamento dista pochi metri dalla stazione metropolitana di Piazza Leopardi e dalla fermata del pullman. Molto importante, il B&B è collocato in una zona centrale del quartiere dove vi sono bar, lounge bar, negozi di vario genere, pizzerie, ristoranti, tabacchi, cornetteria, rosticceria, ecc.). Il titolare, Pasquale, una persona affabile e sempre disponibile. Cozy and elegant location, with attention to detail.
