Si tratta di un luogo molto tranquillo e suggestivo, lontano dal traffico della via principale ma vicino al centro di Pozza di Fassa. I locali sono puliti e ben tenuti e dispongono di vari comfort come lavastoviglie, lavatrice, tv, ecc. Il personale dell'agenzia è competente e cortese. Unica pecca: poiché non si viene accompagnati all'appartamento, abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare la nostra casa, ma nel complesso lo consiglio vivamente, anche a famiglie numerose come la nostra. Particolare da non sottovalutare: il posto macchina disponibile. We stayed for two weeks at 6 in a fairly large and comfortable apartment. It is a very quiet and charming place, far from the traffic of the main street but near the center of Pozza di Fassa. The rooms are clean and well kept and have various amenities such as a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, etc. The agency's staff is competent and courteous. The only flaw: since you are not accompanied to the apartment, we had some difficulty finding our house, but overall I highly recommend it, even to large families like ours. Particular not to be underestimated: the available parking space.

Negativ: - Hellhörig ( Wc Wohnung 8 war in Wohnung 7 zu hören) - Balkon nach Westen mit Blick auf Baum und Müllcontainer.

Noi siamo una famiglia di 4 persone ed abbiamo trovato nel soggiorno solo un divano a 2 posti davanti alla televisione, quindi ho chiesto subito 2 poltrone o sdraio per poter avere 4 sedute comode davanti alla TV la sera. La mia richiesta e' stata accolta con . La cucina nonmolta meraviglia, ma alla fine le ho ottenute. La cucina non era attrezzata abbastanza per una famiglia, non c'erano i contenitori per sale, zucchero, caffe'......non c'era una bistecchirra, non c'era una bilanciaper pesare la pasta, non c'era una seconda padella grande ecc.....quando ho chiesto queste cose, mi hanno guardata come una persona che avesse dei problemi. Infine, il giorno della partenza,. Nnon avevo consegnato 2 mazzi di chiavi, ma uno solo e l'altro stava sopra ancora in casa. Cosi' non mi hanno creduto e minacciando di non volermi restituire la caparra, sono dovuta salire di corsa a prenderlo. Sicuramente, visto il prezzo pagato, mi aspettavo un servizio ed una accoglienza differenti. We stayed in an apartment in the Azzurra residence for 2 weeks in August. We are a family of 4 and we found in the living room only a 2-seater sofa in front of the television, so I immediately asked for 2 armchairs or deckchairs to be able to have 4 comfortable seats in front of the TV in the evening. My request was met with. The cuisine is not much wonder, but in the end I got it. The kitchen was not equipped enough for a family, there were no containers for salt, sugar, coffee ... there was no steak, there was no scale to weigh the pasta, there was no a second large pan etc ..... when I asked for these things, they looked at me as a person having problems. Finally, on the day of departure,. I hadn't delivered 2 sets of keys, but only one and the other was still upstairs in the house. So they didn't believe me and threatening not to return the deposit, I had to rush up to get him. Certainly, given the price paid, I expected a different service and welcome.

Location is fine for someone with a car but is less convenient if you expect to go for any walk by foot (especially with young kids).. Negative: One thing that could have been better in the apartment itself: there were lanterns above the garage entrance that lit directly into the bedroom window (ground floor) till about midnight and the curtains were absolutely not enough to hide it. Blackout curtains and I would say movement-sensor based light would help for sure..
