G	Giada Pezzin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio eccellente. Sono ben organizzati, veloci e disponibili. Ho eseguito un tampone molecolare e mi hanno anche già detto quando riceverò l'esito! Unica pecca (per la quale non do 5 stelle ma solo 4), è data da tale aneddoto un po' fuori luogo: l'operatrice sanitaria un po' pessimista che invece di dare speranza nel momento del tampone è esordita (senza che glielo chiedessi) dicendomi: "tanto se esegue il tampone dopo 10 giorni sarà ancora sicuramente positiva. Ci vogliono minimo 3 settimane per negativizzarsi". Commento non richiesto che sinceramente mi ha lasciato un po' dell'amaro in bocca ancora prima di ricevere il risultato. Magari avrà anche ragione però secondo me è sempre meglio lasciare un po' di speranza. A parte questo ottima esperienza. Excellent service. They are well organized, fast and helpful. I performed a molecular swab and they even already told me when I will receive the result! The only flaw (for which I do not give 5 stars but only 4), is given by this somewhat out of place anecdote: the somewhat pessimistic health worker who instead of giving hope in the moment of the tampon made her debut (without asking her ) telling me: "anyway, if you do the swab after 10 days it will definitely be positive again. It takes at least 3 weeks to become negative". Unsolicited comment that honestly left a bit of a bitter taste in my mouth even before receiving the result. Maybe he will also be right, but in my opinion it is always better to leave a little hope. Other than that great experience.
E	E G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Classe elementare prenotata per tamponi collettivi. 1 ora e mezza di ritardo. Attesa fuori (ovviamente ) e al freddo e UNA SOLA PERSONA ADDETTA AI TAMPONI.Vergognoso. Siamo tutti congelati altro che tampone....Mi domando chi organizza in questo modo!!! Se non avete personale sufficiente a garantire un servizio decente..prendete meno appuntamenti o proprio non vi prestate!!! Non mi sembra difficile...almeno i piccoli verrebbero dirottati in strutture adeguate con personale adeguato!!! Primary class reserved for collective tampons. 1 hour and a half late. Waiting outside (obviously) and in the cold and ONLY ONE PERSON IN CHARGE OF PADS. Wasteful. We are all frozen other than a buffer .... I wonder who organizes this way !!! If you don't have enough staff to guarantee a decent service..make fewer appointments or just don't lend yourselves !!! Prenotiamo correttamente gli esami del sangue tramite portale e riceviamo mail e sms di conferma dell'appuntamento, fissato dopo 3 settimane. Questa mattina ci rechiamo per l’appuntamento e ci viene detto che il centro è chiuso per problemi tecnici e non vengono più fatti prelievi da settimane ormai. E’ un indecenza che NESSUNO si sia degnato di avvisare, NESSUNO si sia degnato di cancellare l’appuntamento…comportamento VERGOGNOSO! Le tutele ci sono solo per le strutture nel caso chi prenota non disdica per tempo ma in questi casi noi non siamo tutelati. Essendo in gravidanza e dovendo sostenere necessariamente gli esami in questi giorni , siamo costretti a farli privatamente. Siete Scandalosi!!!!! I give a star only because 0 cannot be given. C	Carlotta Fincato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio tamponi imbarazzante, mi era stato detto che in 24 ore avrei avuto il risultato del molecolare in quanto ero precedentemente risultata positiva al rapido e per tanto era una cosa urgente. Sono passati 3 GIORNI e ancora non ho nessun esito, inoltre sembra impossibile contattare un operatore. Sono chiusa in casa da 7 giorni senza sapere se effettivamente sia positiva o no. Non fate i tamponi qui. Embarrassing swab service, I was told that in 24 hours I would have the result of the molecular as I had previously tested positive for the rapid and therefore it was an urgent thing. 3 DAYS have passed and I still have no results, moreover it seems impossible to contact an operator. I have been locked in the house for 7 days without knowing if it is actually positive or not. Don't swab here.

Aspetti fuori al freddo e quando hai eseguito il test aspetti di nuovo (personalmente 1 ora e 15 min.) al freddo per avere l'esito. Quindi un positivo, sintomatico con febbre alta (come il sottoscritto) aspetta anche due ore, fuori e al freddo...del resto è così che il Covid evolve in polmonite! INHUMAN! For Covid tampons (ON RESERVATION) the waiting times are scandalous. You wait outside in the cold and when you have taken the test you wait again (personally 1 hour and 15 min.) Appena arrivati bisogna prendere un biglietto, ma attenzione alla gente poco civile che scavalca il posto. Lunghissimi a consegnare l'esito. In questo periodo lo sconsiglio.
