Da quella volta non riesco più a farne a meno dei loro favolosi prosecchi e non mi pesa neanche di fare il viaggio da Padova per fare rifornimento. Complimenti – continuate così! I had discovered them by chance during a tasting with friends. Since that time, I can no longer do without their fabulous prosecco and it doesn't even bother me to make the trip from Padua to refuel. It was supposed to be a quick aperitif ... and in fact ... the bottle emptied too quickly. Exquisite! Too bad we only had 1 bottle.

Il residuo zuccherino viene smorzato ottimamente da una buona acidità un buon equilibrio, il brut x gli amanti del secco è ancora meglio ma si sa la cosa è soggettiva. Nel complesso ottimi prodotti anche il cartizze non è male.. Poi se a tutto questo nel degustare hai un panorama stupendo, tutto si amplifica.. Very good dry vintage Prosecco. The residual sugar is optimally dampened by a good acidity and a good balance, the brut for dry lovers is even better but you know this is subjective. Overall excellent products, even the cartizze is not bad .. Then if you have a wonderful view when tasting all this, everything is amplified ..
