Přesto, že jsme nebyli vůbec nijak objednáni, pan Follador nás velmi ochotně přijal, povyprávěl o vzniku jejich vinařství, o výrobě úžasného, lahodného prosecca z jejich produkce. Chci touto cestou ještě jednou poděkovat za jeho vstřícnost, pohostinnost a krásný zážitek. Příští rok se tam opět rádi podíváme. In July, I visited Mr. Follador's family in Valldobiadene on our trip to this wine region. Despite the fact that we were not ordered at all, Mr. Follador very willingly accepted us, told us about the origin of their winemaking, about the production of amazing, delicious Prosecco from their production. I want to thank you once again for his helpfulness, hospitality and beautiful experience. Next year we will be happy to see it again.

A presto ? For years we have been buying Prosecco from Francesco and we have always felt at home, a fantastic welcome to say the least, not to mention the mouth-watering product. See you soon ?

È stato prima di tutto come andare a trovare dei vecchi amici che non vedevi da tempo. Ci ha accolti Valeria, una donna dolce, gentile e disponibile. Col suo sorriso sincero ci ha raccontato la storia della cantina, accompagnandoci al belvedere della PANCHINA, da dove siamo riusciti a vedere quasi tutto il vigneto. Dopo qualche minuto ci ha fatti accomodare in una accogliente e fresca sala dove è cominciato lo spettacolo degli assaggi e dove è continuato il nostro scambio di storie e vita. Nonostante il poco preavviso, Valeria è riuscita a metter su una magnifica degustazione, durante la quale abbiamo assaggiato tutti e 5 i loro prodotti, assieme ad altri ottimi prodotti tipici della zona. Il successivo intervento più tecnico del figlio (enologo) Stefano, ha reso più approfondita la nostra conoscenza dei prosecchi e del vino rifermentato in bottiglia ma non meno piacevole e gioviale la degustazione, terminata scherzosamente con la conoscenza del Signor Francesco. Mi sono ripromesso di tornare in questo magnifico posto e consiglio a tutti voi di fare questa incredibile esperienza. Grazie ancora a Francesco e Stefano ma soprattutto e non me ne voglia nessuno, grazie a Valeria.. A presto, siete fantastici! Ci sono altri due asinelli da quel giorno.. Fantastic "experience" and I call it that because it was anything but a visit with tasting. It was first and foremost like visiting old friends you haven't seen in a long time. Valeria, a sweet, kind and helpful woman, welcomed us. With his sincere smile he told us the story of the winery, taking us to the BENCH viewpoint, from where we were able to see almost the entire vineyard. After a few minutes he made us sit in a cozy and cool room where the tasting show began and where our exchange of stories and life continued. Despite the short notice, Valeria managed to put on a magnificent tasting, during which we tasted all 5 of their products, along with other excellent typical products of the area. The subsequent, more technical intervention by his son (oenologist) Stefano made our knowledge of prosecco and wine refermented in the bottle more in-depth, but no less pleasant and jovial the tasting, which ended jokingly with the knowledge of Mr. Francesco. I have promised myself to return to this magnificent place and I recommend you all to have this incredible experience. Thanks again to Francesco and Stefano but above all and I don't want anyone, thanks to Valeria .. See you soon, you are fantastic! There are two other donkeys from that day ..

They offered us a prosecco tasting and a delicous lunch. The prosecco was the best. Really recommended to visit this winery!

We met Stefan at his family winery and spent over two hours seeing, learning and tasting his wines and tasing local foods. Stefan shared his pashion for the Prosecco heritage, vineyards and wines. All the Prosesso we tasted were excellent, but unfortunately due to weight restrictions we were only able to purchase 2 bottles (at extremely affordable price) to take home for futher enjoying.
