★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho conosciuto l'azienda agricola il Picchetto Verde su Instagram, e dopo uno scambio di DM sono rimasto incuriosito della loro promessa, ovvero un prosecco DOC che, prodotto senza diserbanti chimici, a basso contenuto di solfiti e senza anidride carbonica aggiunta, lo renda ancora più fresco e bevibile. Così e stato. Merita una visita..
I met the Picchetto Verde farm on Instagram, and after an exchange of DMs I was intrigued by their promise, a prosecco DOC which, produced without chemical herbicides, low in sulphites and without added carbon dioxide, still makes it more fresh and drinkable. So it was. Worth a visit ..
