 The wine is not bad and is very healthy, the vineyards are on a hill where there are no cars, so it is assumed to be very organic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Degustazione presso ristorante Da Remo con la cantina del Monastero dei Frati Bianchi. Il vino ottimo e ottimo anche l'accompagnamento delle persone che ci hanno introdotto i vini. Se trovano un'altra location per la degustazione forse è meglio, ma la qualità del vino e delle persone c'è eccome. Consiglio soprattutto il Deir e il loro unico vino bianco, che si chiama Margine.
Tasting at Da Remo restaurant with the cellar of the White Friars Monastery. The excellent wine and excellent also the accompaniment of the people who introduced us to the wines. If they find another location for the tasting it might be better, but the quality of the wine and the people is there. I especially recommend the Deir and their only white wine, which is called Margine.
