E' tutto questo l'Agriturismo Vallorote, gestito splendidamente dai due titolari Valeriano e Alessio che sanno mettere a proprio agio la clientela anche puntando sul sottofondo musicale soft e non invadente. I piatti, tutti con ingredienti a km 0 (zero), sono ottimi e fantasiosamente preparati dal cuoco e dal curatore artistico. Lo consiglio vivamente se si vuole passare una domenica nel relax più totale, nella natura più viva e nella genuinità dei cibi. A magical place ... a Japanese-Calabrian atmosphere ... traditional cuisine with a gourmet touch. All this is the Vallorote Farmhouse, beautifully managed by the two owners Valeriano and Alessio who know how to put their customers at ease even with soft and unobtrusive background music. The dishes, all with ingredients at 0 km (zero), are excellent and imaginatively prepared by the cook and the art curator. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a Sunday in total relaxation, in the most lively nature and in the genuineness of the foods.

Il posto è incantevole ed Alessio e Valeriano sono stati ottimi padroni di casa: l'uno accogliente ed estroso, molto gentile e attento a che tutto fosse di nostro gradimento, mentre l'altro Chef superbo ed inventivo, agricoltore di livello, amante degli animali e della terra. I colori della valle dell'Esaro, i sapori della cucina di Valeriano e i suoni di una natura ancora incontaminata hanno contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno piacevolmente indimenticabile. Consiglio a molti di fare la nostra stessa esperienza, per la bellezza dei posti e l'ospitalità, che fa sembrare di essere a casa propria. Ritorneremo certamente! Riccardo We spent a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend in total symbiosis with nature. The place is lovely and Alessio and Valeriano were excellent hosts: one welcoming and whimsical, very kind and attentive to making sure everything was to our liking, while the other superb and inventive Chef, level farmer, animal lover and of the earth. The colors of the Esaro valley, the flavors of Valeriano's cuisine and the sounds of an uncontaminated nature contributed to making our stay pleasantly unforgettable. I recommend many to have the same experience as ours, for the beauty of the places and the hospitality, which makes it seem like being at home. We will certainly be back! Riccardo

We just been there at the end of January and we had a lovely time with Valeriano and Alessio that were teaching us how to make fresh pasta, italian sausages, cheeses, mozzarella and how to milk cows. Was incredible. We will definitely come back one time in summer and learn more things to do in the countryside. The house is very lovely and welcoming. Thank you!
