Il medico di guardia della mattina avevamo bisogno di un certificato medico per problemi di salute ho dovuto aspettare la guardia di notte per poterlo avere cosa veramente assurda.
 A really bad experience with this morning
The doctor on call in the morning we needed a medical certificate for health problems I had to wait for the guard at night to be able to have him which is really absurd.
