Mi sono recata personalmente in 2 occasioni per prenotare prestazioni legate alla gravidanza visto che telefonicamente erano incottattabili (sono all'8 mese con le difficolta' del caso) non ho potuto prenotare di persona causa emergenza covid (comprensibilmente), mi hanno rilasciato un numero che risulta persistentemente staccato.Richiamato numerosissime volte, ho potuto prenotare solo dopo aver avuto l'ennesimo numero. Ovviamente con un territorio cosi mal funzionante non si può far altro che recarsi in ospedale. Peccato absolutely rude staff. Difficolta a mettersi in contatto con loro perche dopo infiniti squilli al telefono non risponde mai nessuno, e se lo fanno ti riattaccano il telefono in faccia perche quello che dici non è di loro gradimento. Tra periodo di Covid e di ferie ce una tale disorganizzazione che fai prima ad andare da un privato. Detto questo, ho gia provveduto al cambio consultorio. Mi faccio seguire da persone piu umane, esperte e soprattutto mamme! Bad experience. Le sig re al telefono sono veramente scortesi!!!!!!! Senza parole. Unkindness on the phone, disorganization, lack of clarity in the exhibitions .. timetables are never respected. A	Annamaria Baraglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io sono andata in questa struttura la prima volta , essendo medico in pensione da poco , sono rimasta esterefatta , poco personale , sistema informatico arcaico , scarsa disponibilità , risposte a metà , sembra che i miei esami non andranno in porto , ma dovrò pagare comunque il ticket , mi sono sentita triste ? , perché una struttura sul territorio , utile alle donne è così poco organizzata , con scarse risorse ed un personale stanco e un po’ poco disponibile . Mi sono sentita offesa come cittadina e medico esemplare , durante tutta la mia vita , a vedere una struttura così impoverita !!!! Dalla prima telefonata fatta da me al trattamento ricevuto da mia moglie quando è andata a parlarci. Se questo è il modo di lavorare, non c'è da stupirsi se le persone si rivolgono a medici privati: si pagherà, ma almeno il trattamento è migliore. Bad. Poco dopo le 12 “A causa dell’intenso traffico si prega di chiamare più tardi.”, poco dopo le 12:30 aspetto 15-20 min e nulla. Così ho provato per un mese. Dopo di che sono andata dal privato. Certo, potevo passare per prendere un appuntamento forse ma è ridicolo. A me serviva fare la visita post parto e non era facile uscire di casa. Vergogna! It is a service that does not exist. La signora che mi doveva fare il tampone vaginale prima di farmelo, se ne è accorta che aveva buttato nel bidone dei rifiuti biologici una provetta de la signora prima e senza pensarlo due volte davanti a me, a messo le mani e si ha messo a cercarla, prima senza guanti dopo un po si ha messo quello della mano destra, poi senza nemmeno pulirsi le mani si ha messo un paio nuovo di guanti...... sono ancora schifata, sono spero che non mi abbia attaccato nulla. Ho avuto una bella esperienza con il personale e i medici che mi hanno seguita in tutte le fasi, dagli esami alle visite al corso preparto. Le carenze purtroppo sono date e sono endemiche del sistema sanitario in generale, quindi a volte i server non vanno e non si riesce a prendere appuntamento o c'è poco personale per rispondere al telefono, ma non ho mai riscontrato scortesia, ma anzi tanta professionalità.
