A	Alessandro Suraci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'attesa media per essere chiamati per accedere al pagamento del ticket è di circa 40 minuti, poi una volta pagato il ticket c'è una coda molto più snella circa 10 minuti per accedere alle salette per il prelievo del sangue. La saletta è pulita e il personale è gentile e bravo nel proprio lavoro. La sala di attesa è munita di sufficienti sedie per accogliere molte persone, c'è anche una toilette proprio in sala e macchinetta per caffè (€. 0.60 /0.80 cent) e macchinetta per acqua e snack. Esperienza positiva considerando che era oltre 10 anni che non facevo analisi del sangue. Spero di essere stato utile. Fila ferma da mezz'ora fuori al freddo e al pioviscolare in piedi in febbraio( le persone che devono fare le analisi potrebbero avere anche problemi di salute) nessun numero, disorganizzazione totale. Sono anni che sono costretto ad utilizzare i loro servizi e l'organizazione è la stessa da oltre 30 anni, mai aggiornata. Personale in numero insufficiente e spesso impreparato. Una vergogna. A parte il ritardo con le visite, l’ambulatorio era fatiscente, con strumentazione molto vecchia, per non parlare dell’arredamento logoro. La dottoressa di pochissime parole non mi ha detto nulla della visita e cosa riscontrava. Quando le ho chiesto il responso mi ha detto che ho bisogno degli occhiali (hahaha questo lo sapevo già) senza dire altro e mi ha segnato un collirio. Nessuna informazione di quale problema soffrono i miei occhi, neppure se sono miope o astigmatica…. Insomma una visita inutile. Ora dovrò andare da qualcun altro per avere una visita decente. Fissato mesi prima una visita oculistica al bambino nel pomeriggio, dopo aver preso permessi al lavoro poco prima di arrivare ci dicono che la dottoressa è malata. Ci ridanno appuntamento 2 settimane dopo sempre nel pomeriggio, preso permesso nuovamente dal lavoro, facciamo l'accettazione e dopo un ora di ritardo ci dicono che non sanno dove sia la dottoressa. Nessuno si prendeva la responsabilità. I soldi li hanno presi anticipatamente ma non c'era nessuno che ci sapesse dire cosa fare.. Alla fine ci hanno mandati via! Organizzazione oscena per dottori e staff incompetenti. I could give - 100 as a vote. They are not serious at all and not even capable of doing their job. F	Fortunato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia compagna di reca sabato mattina in questo centro per fissare analisi specifiche con una prognosi di gravidanza a rischio , all'ingresso le dicono che comunque per loro doveva fare la fila con tutti , fila di almeno un'ora e che non erano tenuti a farla passare. Date voi un voto a un centro così. Siamo veramente al limite della decenza, ci sono delle persone che le file non le debbono fare o comunque il buon senso dovrebbe far da padrone. Sono veramente amareggiato, paghiamo le tasse per cosa?
