★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il servizio di revisione/rinnovo patenti speciali BS è migliorato molto rispetto a 2 anni fa!
Ora è presente un'accettazione che chiama gli utenti con l'orario segnato nella prenotazione (io ho trovato oggi pomeriggio una gentile e cordiale ragazza con gli occhi azzurri che ha fatto tutto in poco tempo), prende la tutta la documentazione e rilascia un numerino per la coda, con cui si verrà chiamati dalla commissione.
L'attesa è sempre presente (io ho aspettato 1 ora dopo l'accettazione prima di esser chiamato) per via dei diversi casi che richiedono tempo per essere esaminati, ma ci sta.
5 stelle meritate, bravi a tutti e continuate così, siete sulla buona strada ✌️

Now there is an acceptance that calls the users with the time marked in the booking (I found this afternoon a kind and friendly girl with blue eyes who did everything in a short time), takes all the documentation and issues a number for the queue, with which you will be called by the commission.
The wait is always present (I waited 1 hour after acceptance before being called) due to the different cases that take time to be examined, but it is there.
5 stars you deserve, good at all and keep it up, you are on the right track ✌️

Unable to receive response. Lines always busy. And the time you manage to stay on hold, the line drops after 10 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per prenotare con impegnativa una visita in gravidanza, e dopo aver spiegato ad una certa Emanuela gentilmente la mia situazione mi risponde svogliata e maleducata che lei non ha posto per prenotarmi la visita e di andare in farmacia, che tra l altro è sempre cup. Assurdo, in 8 mesi sentirsi rispondere così poi con quel tono. Io mi arrangio e vado in farmacia ma tu credimi cambia lavoro che sei stata veramente maleducata.
