La vergogna di essermi segnalata come contatto stretto a Marzo e non aver ricevuto per 1 mese un certificato di quarantena da parte loro se non alla mia quarta segnalazione. La vergogna di essere infermiera e di aver deciso di lavorare per loro che non sanno gestire il loro lavoro. VERGOGNATEVI E RISPONDETE ALLE TELEFONATE INVECE DI DORMIRE. The shame of having had the vaccine and not even having been registered on the health file in March and not having the green pass yet because of them. The shame of having reported me as a close contact in March and not having received a quarantine certificate from them for 1 month until my fourth report. The shame of being a nurse and having decided to work for them who cannot manage their work. SHAME AND ANSWER THE PHONE CALLS INSTEAD OF SLEEPING.

Sei giorni per l'esito di un tampone prescritto dal medico curante?? Che sta succedendo a Bologna?? Amareggiata e delusa. Non si può, dopo due anni di pandemia essere ancora a questo punto. Mi spiace! I swabbed today 28/12 and with amazement I read that the report will be available from 3/01/2022. Six days for the result of a tampon prescribed by the attending physician? What's going on in Bologna? Bitterness and disappointed. After two years of a pandemic, we cannot still be at this point. I'm sorry!

Ho atteso in linea OLTRE un'ora e mezza. Dal momento che l'operatore mi ha risposto (e, quantomeno, è stato gentile) la conversazione sarà durata si e no DUE MINUTI. Mi sento presa in giro. Sicuramente avranno tanto da lavorare, ma credo che queste tempistiche siano assurde. Già solo questo basta per far sì che la recensione sia negativa. "The Usl company of Bologna replies. From the moment that the operator answered me (and, at least, he was kind) the conversation lasted yes and no TWO MINUTES. I feel made fun of. Sure they will have a lot of work to do, but I think these timelines are absurd. This alone is enough to make the review negative.

I	Ilaria Nanni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NESSUNO RISPONDE AL TELEFONO. Dopo centinaia di tentativi MAI nessuna risposta. Sono risultata positiva al covid e nessuno mi ha MAI contattata! Mi ritrovo così dopo una quarantena di 18 giorni con un tampone fatto presso questa sede dell'AUSL con esito "indeterminato" (poiché effettuato dall'infermiera in modo frettoloso e non adeguato) e l'impossibilità di trovare un altro posto disponibile per ripeterlo prima di una settimana. Non ho parole! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. After hundreds of attempts NEVER no answer. I tested positive for covid and no one has NEVER contacted me! So I find myself after an 18-day quarantine with a swab made at this AUSL office with an "indeterminate" outcome (as carried out by the nurse in a hasty and inadequate way) and the impossibility of finding another available place to repeat it earlier one week. I have no words!
