Per qualche strano motivo, il proprietario ha invece preferito essere sgarbato nei nostri confronti, accusandoci di ostruire il passaggio con le nostre valigie, peraltro in un momento in cui eravamo gli unici all'interno, e facendo commenti fuori luogo e sgarbati nei nostri confronti. Il valore di una libreria non è dato solo dal catalogo offerto ma anche dalla disponibilità del personale: se questo preferisce essere maleducato nei confronti dei clienti, non c'è motivo per tornarvici. E siccome Bologna non è povera di librerie ben più cortesi, questa non può che venire fortemente sconsigliata. Any bookstore near a train station should be aware that commuters and tourists are inevitably part of the clientele. For some strange reason, the owner instead preferred to be rude to us, accusing us of obstructing the passage with our suitcases, moreover at a time when we were the only ones inside, and making out of place and rude comments to us. The value of a bookshop is not only given by the catalog offered but also by the availability of the staff: if this person prefers to be rude to customers, there is no reason to go back. And since Bologna is not poor in much more courteous bookshops, this can only be strongly discouraged.

Ma la sua caratteristica più bella è quella di avere un vasto reparto di libri specializzati in arte, architettura e altri campi di studio. Puoi davvero trovare libri specializzati che in altri posti non trovi, un grande pregio. I always go there when I go to the station to catch the train. Library where you can find books at really discounted prices, real opportunities not to be missed. But its most beautiful feature is that of having a vast department of books specializing in art, architecture and other fields of study. You can really find specialized books that you don't find in other places, a great value.

Non vi ho mai visitato e non so come sia la libreria, ma spero di avere il piacere presto. This kind bookshop sent me a book (which cannot be found elsewhere) in less than 48 hours, 300 km away. We had just started to browse the books for merely only three minutes quietly without doing anything annoying and the staff (owner?) approached my partner out of the blue and said “this is a bookstore, not a library”. What the hell? So this is a bookstore where you can’t browse a book for more than three minutes? Or is it just simply because we’re two foreigners in your “prestigious” store? Thanks but no thanks we’ll NOT visit again and will NOT recommend your store to any friends visiting Bologna. Utterly rude!
