★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente disorganizzati, complessivamente per due telefonate un'attesa di 50 minuti, ed alla seconda non ho nemmeno ottenuto risposta. Alla prima invece ero stato reindirizzato al centralino del policlinico, la cui operatrice mi ha comunicato esplicitamente che si era trattato di un loro errore, dovuto a pigrizia ed inadempienza ai doveri lavorativi.
Totally disorganized, a total of 50 minutes for two phone calls, and the second I didn't even get an answer. At the first, however, I was redirected to the switchboard of the polyclinic, whose operator explicitly informed me that it was their mistake, due to laziness and non-fulfillment of work duties.

30 min in attesa. Poi, finalmente, qualcuno risponde MA siccome la linea, COME SEMPRE, non prende bene, al secondo "pronto", il telefono viene riagganciato.. E si riparte con la musichetta per chi sa quanto altro tempo.
Siamo nel 2020 DUEMILAEVENTI!! MA METTETE 4 OPERATORI IN PIÙ E, PER FAVORE, MIGLIORATE LA LINEA.
Non oso immaginare la disperazione di chi deve prenotare un esame per l'udito.
