L'impiegata tempo fa 'mi ha tenuto una pratica ferma e se non avrei insistito e trovato una collega o il capo di quel' ufficio sarebbe caduta nell'oblio con i miei diritti da malato. Ogni tanto qualcuno che ti aiuta si trova. Anche se alcuni si sittiunu magari a campari

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gestione della pandemia covid-19 imbarazzante. Giorni di isolamento e data di inizio isolamento scelti per comodità, non seguendo assolutamente l'ordinanza. Evidentemente un personale che non ha le conoscenze matematiche elementari per capire che il decimo giorno di isolamento a partire dal 21 è il 30 e non il 31 perché è più comodo fare 21 + 10. Operatori telefonici scortesi e maleducati quando gli si fa semplicemente notare che non stanno rispettando l'ordinanza. Incitano la gente che scopre di essere positiva a non autodenunciarsi e a uscire e contagiare tutti pur di non avere a che fare con loro. Vergognoso.
