Ci sono voluti due giorni per concludere le pratiche per una colica renale. Sono arrivata alle 18.00 con dei dolori molto forti e accettata con un codice verde, sdraiata nel lettino ho ricevuto delle vere cure alle 22.00 e sono stata dimessa alle 02.00 di mattina per tornare il giorno successivo per ulteriori accertamenti. Mi sembra veramente sia poco umano aspettare due giorni per una diagnosi, è INACCETTABILE, qualcosa sicuramente non funziona.

My experience at the aforementioned emergency department was unnerving to say the least.
It took two days to complete the practices for renal colic. I arrived at 6.00 pm with very strong pains and accepted with a green code, lying in the cot I received real care at 10.00 pm and was discharged at 02.00 am to come back the next day for further checks. It really seems to me that it is not very human to wait two days for a diagnosis, it is unacceptable, something certainly does not work.
