β β β β β Distretto 4: difficile da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici. Personale umanamente disponibile ma sovraccarico di mansioni. Ci vorrebbe un dirigente capace che si prendesse l'onere di problemi semplici senza complicarli nelle insignificanti riunioni.
 District 4: difficult to reach by public transport. Humanly helpful staff but overloaded with tasks. It would take a capable manager who took the burden of simple problems without complicating them in meaningless meetings.

β β β β β Mi Γ¨ arrivata la lettera della cessazione del mio medico di famiglia, la lettera spiega di rivolgermi al distretto. Arrivato lΓ¬ il portinaio mi da un foglio invitandomi a telefonare a dei numeri inesistenti, inquanto sono tre giorni che sto provando e squilla il segnale di telefono disattivato. Γ possibile fare qualcosa o devo rimanere senza medico di base? Si puΓ² parlare con qualcuno? Ho inviato anche la mail tre giorni fa e non ho avuto risposta.
I got the letter of the termination of my family doctor, the letter explains to contact the district. Once there, the concierge gives me a sheet inviting me to call non-existent numbers, as I have been trying for three days and the deactivated telephone signal rings. Is it possible to do something or should I be left without a general practitioner? Can we talk to anyone? I also sent the email three days ago and I have not received a reply.

β β β β β Gestione del COVID assolutamente da rivedere. Oltre a dei tempi totalmente inutili di quarantena (21 giorni non ha nessun senso, penso sia l'unica zona d'Europa ad averla cosi lunga), Γ© impossibile poter parlare al telefono con un operatore, e ricevere una risposta ad una mail Γ© altrettanto impossibile. Tampone di controllo con tempi di risposta totalmente fuori da ogni standard di qualitΓ‘. Capirei questa mancanza di attenzione al pubblico in un contesto di casi in crescita, ma con 30 positivi al giorno in tutta la Regione Γ© veramente ridicolo.
COVID management absolutely to be reviewed. In addition to totally useless quarantine times (21 days does not make any sense, I think it is the only area in Europe to have it so long), it is impossible to be able to speak on the phone with an operator, and receiving an answer to an email is equally impossible. Control pad with response times totally out of any quality standard. I would understand this lack of public attention in a context of growing cases, but with 30 positives a day across the Region it is truly ridiculous.

The structure is beautiful and functional, surrounded by greenery and inserted in the context of the park of San Giovanni. I love it and I have always been happy.
