Dovrebbero quanto meno implementare un servizio di prenotazione online degli appuntamenti, visto che al telefono non risponde mai nessuno.

The health registry is open to the public only 3 days a week (Mon-Wed-Fri) and for only 3 hours, from 9 to 12.
At the very least, they should implement an online appointment booking service, since no one ever answers the phone.

β β β β β Ho preso il Covid in Spagna. Secondo le indicazioni regionali e nazionali io avrei dovuto registrare il tutto presso la Asl di Urbino o presso il mio medico di base.
Il medico della ASL Γ© stato molto antipatico e scorbutico dicendomi di non insistere perchΓ© lui non poteva fare nulla. Mi hanno comunicato che non Γ© una cosa di loro competenza.
Il mio medico di base mi ha detto la stessa cosa. Per colpa di questo centro Asl io non Ho potuto ricevere il green pass che mi aspettava.
Non tornerΓ² mai piΓΉ qua. Incompetenti.
Ho provveduto a chiamare la Asl delle Marche e a spiegare tutta la situazione, mi hanno comunicato che provvederanno a inviare una segnalazione. Non ci spero tanto.
I got Covid in Spain. According to the regional and national indications, I should have registered everything at the Urbino Local Health Authority or at my general practitioner.
The ASL doctor was very unpleasant and grumpy, telling me not to insist because he couldn't do anything. They told me that it is not within their competence.
My primary care physician told me the same thing. Because of this Asl center, I was unable to receive the green pass that was waiting for me.
I will never go back here. Incompetent.
I proceeded to call the Local Health Authority of the Marche and explain the whole situation, they told me that they will send a report. I don't hope so much.
