Se possibile evitare assolutamente questo ufficio, nella speranza che qualcuno capisca che in servizio mediocre reso da persone incompetenti e anche scortesi non giova all'immagine della struttura e dello Stato.

Ho la tessera sanitaria scaduta e ne mi è stata data la nuova poiché non residente in Lombardia, a detta dell'arrogante impiegata tantomeno mi è stato effettuato un foglio di ripiego sostitutivo e specifico che la mia nazionalità è italiana. Per altro, ho avuto modo di ascoltare involontariamente le tante polemiche delle persone per via dell'incompetenza delle impiegate. Nel frattempo sono senza Tessera Sanitaria e cosa peggiore, senza il medico di base

Sono anni che si comporta male con i cittadini che pagano le tasse e anche il suo di stipendio! Ti fa perdere tempo, chiede documenti inutili, risponde urlando e tratta male gli stranieri. Chi di competenza deve intervenire, non è possibile comportarsi in questo modo!

Il Comune di Castiglione delle Stiviere dovrebbe migliorare il personale di questa sede, ed assumere individui effettivamente preparati e disponibili, disposti a svolgere il proprio lavoro.
