★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uffici fantasma, all'uscio due inservienti in tuta da lavoro, pantalone con i tasconi e t-shirt, colore blue allegro, riportante un logo di una qualche società di cui non ricordo. Uno dei due, stravaccato sulla sedia posta a mo' di sbarramento, immediatamente mi ha informato che sarebbe stato possibile interfacciarsi con quegli uffici esclusivamente "online" indicandomi un foglio lì appeso, al portone d'ingresso, condicente quanto da lui appena detto. Meno male che la pratica di cui abbisognavo non era compresa tra quelle li scritte, pertanto ho dismesso il mio sorriso e cortesemente ho preteso di parlare con qualcuno degli amministrativi, cosa che ho fatto e che mi ha consentito di conseguire lo scopo della mia visita agli uffici. Il funzionario, contrariamente ai primi, si è mostrato professionale ed efficiente. Morale della favola, non arrendersi mai, soprattutto di questi periodi ?
 Phantom offices, at the door two attendants in overalls, trousers with large pockets and a t-shirt, a cheerful blue color, with a logo of some company I don't remember. One of the two, sprawled on the chair placed as a barrier, immediately informed me that it would be possible to interface with those offices exclusively "online" by pointing me to a sheet hanging there, at the front door, conditional on what he just said. Luckily the file I needed was not included among those written there, so I gave up my smile and politely asked to speak to some of the administrative staff, which I did and that allowed me to achieve the purpose of my visit to the offices. Contrary to the former, the official was professional and efficient. Moral of the story, never give up, especially in these periods ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi serve urgentemente un pediatra per mio figlio nato la settimana scorsa che mi faccia delle impegnative per delle visite importantissime..... morale della favola chiuso al pubblico con numeri di telefono che sto chiamando da 1 settimana ma nessuno risponde ! VERGOGNOSO!!!
I urgently need a pediatrician for my son born last week to make me demanding for some very important visits ..... moral of the story closed to the public with telephone numbers that I have been calling for 1 week but no one answers! SHAMEFUL!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, sgarbati, saccenti e non fanno parlare....x cambio medico con e mail on line, venti giorni e ancora nessun riscontro, e mail cestinate, chissà xchè....!!!! a telefono impossibile, o fuori posto o inseriscono fax. Neanche l URP di don bosco risponde mai.....un vero schifo..... Rimandiamo le e mail e vediamo in quanto tempo saranno evase.....nel frattempo siamo scoperti e senza medico di base!! Assurdo
Bad experience, rude, pedantic and do not talk .... x change doctor with e-mail online, twenty days and still no response, e-mails trashed, who knows why .... !!!! to telephone impossible, or misplaced or insert faxes. Not even Don Bosco's URP replies ..... a real crap ..... We send the e-mails and see how long they will be processed ..... in the meantime we are discovered and without a general practitioner !! Absurd
