★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Titolare poco cortese, alla richiesta della copia del contratto della polizza si è tricerato dietro la frase: "mi invii una richiesta formale a mezzo raccomandata" , ho richiesto di inviarla a mezzo Pec ma ha ribadito "preferiamo la raccomandata" . Non credo che sia il modo corretto di dialogare con la clientela visto che erano stati chiamati in causa per un sinistro e non si sono degnati ne di venire in sede di mediazione ne di rispondere alle richieste formulate. Molto poco professionali .
Unkind owner, at the request of the copy of the contract of the policy he tricerated behind the phrase: "send me a formal request by registered mail", I asked to send it by Pec but reiterated "we prefer the registered letter". I do not think it is the correct way to communicate with customers since they had been called into question for an accident and did not deign to come to the mediation or to respond to the requests made.
