β β β β β Personale poco competente e indisponibile. Mi sono recato presso l'ufficio qualche giorno fa, in quanto (tutt'ora) mi trovo ad essere senza assistenza sanitaria (pur essendo italiano). Il motivo Γ¨ stato che non ero in possesso di un nulla osta "abbastanza recente" e nonostante io abbia contattato l'azienda della cittΓ in cui sono residente e che mi ha rilasciato il suddetto e abbia appurato che, per l'appunto, mi ritrovo ad essere senza medico di base (e quindi disponibile a fare un'autocertificazione), non hanno voluto spiegazioni ergo, mi ritrovo senza assistenza sanitaria. Spero, nei prossimi giorni, di riuscire a risolvere questa situazione a dir poco scandalosa.
Unskillful and unavailable staff. I went to the office a few days ago, as (still) I find myself without health care (despite being Italian). The reason was that I was not in possession of a "fairly recent" permit, and despite the fact that I contacted the company in the city where I am resident and that I was granted the aforementioned and found that, precisely, I find myself to be without a primary care physician (and therefore willing to make a self-certification), they did not want ergo explanations, I find myself without health care. I hope, in the coming days, to be able to resolve this situation to say the least scandalous.
