Non è di certo un punto di riferimento valido per i cittadini...anzi! La sede è anche sporca ..in maniera vergognosa..non merita neanche una stella Really rude staff at the counters, phones always busy ... they receive by appointment that you can't fix. It is certainly not a valid point of reference for citizens ... indeed! The venue is also dirty .. shamefully .. it doesn't even deserve a star

Sono rimasta favorevolmente colpita dalla gentilezza e professionalità del personale. Ho fatto i complimenti all'infermiera perchè ho delle vene pessime ed è riuscita al primo colpo a trovarle senza farmi sentire dolore. Veramente bravi! Finding the withdrawal point was a challenge: poor indications and the structure outside was not very clean. I was favorably impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. I complimented the nurse because I have very bad veins and she managed to find them on the first try without making me feel pain. Really good!

Niente lo fa pensare. Buio, poco pulito, sedie accatastate. Non ci sono indicazioni, l'accettazione (trovata chiedendo in giro) è al primo piano in fondo con uno sportello solo, ma non ne servirebbero altri perché non c'è gente. Motivo per cui ho fatto in fretta a pagare e ho aspettato poco per la visita che è stata molto professionale, l'otorino è molto gentile, cordiale e preparata, mi ha spiegato molte cose. Anche per il resto del personale ho riscontrato gentilezza e disponibilità. Metto 4 stelle per il personale perché le meritano, per il posto ce ne vorrebbe una (scarsa) The structure in via Repubblica 13 in Paderno is dilapidated, no doubt about it, I would never have expected the presence of clinics inside this barracks. Nothing makes you think so. Dark, unclean, stacked chairs. There are no indications, the acceptance (found by asking around) is on the first floor at the back with only one counter, but no more would be needed because there are no people. This is why I quickly paid and waited a little for the visit which was very professional, the ENT is very kind, friendly and prepared, he explained many things to me. Also for the rest of the staff I found kindness and availability. I put 4 stars for the staff because they deserve them, for the place it would take one (poor)
F	Fiorella Alendez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio pessimo, nessuno risponde al telefono, e quando ti rechi nella loro struttura non c'è nessuno che ti dia delle informazioni, se chiami non ti rispondono MAI, hanno lasciato un cartellino appeso dove ti dicono di scrivere via mail, se li scrivi ti rispondono dopo un mese. Ho bisogno di rinnovare la tessera sanitaria, ho bisogno di fare il vaccino! ancora nessuna risposta dal 03/06/21. quanto devo aspettare ancora? siamo nel 2021 invasi dalla tecnologia e no sapete sfruttare i mezzi a disposizione. Bad service, no one answers the phone, and when you go to their facility there is no one to give you information, if you call they NEVER answer you, they left a tag hanging where they tell you to write by email, if you write them you they respond after a month. I need to renew my health card, I need to get the vaccine! still no answer since 03/06/21. how long do i have to wait? we are in 2021 invaded by technology and you do not know how to exploit the means available.

C	Claudio Toscano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato oggi presso l'ufficio di scelta e revoca rassegnato all'idea di andare incontro a disservizi discussioni e lunghe attese avendo sentito molte lamentele e letto molte recensioni negative...invece in 5 minuti ho fatto tutto grazie alla signora Natalia e il signor Davide,due impiegati molto gentili e cortesi. I went today to the office of choice and revocation resigned to the idea of going into disservice discussions and long waits having heard many complaints and read many negative reviews ... instead in 5 minutes I did everything thanks to Mrs. Natalia and the Mr. Davide, two very kind and courteous employees.

I went without an appointment, except this gentleman there was no one else. They say they do only by appointment but they never open the phone and do not answer emails they sit all day long and do nothing but chat and do not do the work as they do must respond like animals.

Ufficio revoca e cambio medico è fantasma, non rispondono alle mail nè al telefono, tutti lo sanno ma nessuno fà niente, ma che ci stanno a afre i dirigenti di questo carrozzone ? solo a prendere un lauto stipendio ? Sono 4 mesi che cerco di contattarli. Il personale medico è anche gentile e competente, ma per il resto sembra di essere in un girone dantesco. Classic example of inefficiency. The revocation and doctor change office is a ghost, they do not answer e-mails or the telephone, everyone knows it but nobody does anything, but what are the leaders of this bandwagon going to do? just to get a hefty salary? I have been trying to contact them for 4 months. The medical staff is also polite and competent, but otherwise it seems to be in a Dante's circle.
