Cresciuto sempre con olio di casa , ho scelto comunque di acquistare dall'azienda Prosperino perchè la qualità e i sapori sono addirittura superiori agli oli fatti in casa, dove, non si usano prodotti chimici per aumentare la resa.
Ho anche avuto modo di incontrare il proprietario che mi ha invitato a fare un percorso gastronomico e culturale nella sua azienda; fin da subito sono riuscito a percepire la sua passione verso i suoi prodotti/lavoro, facendomi intuire di quanto tutto questo possa tradursi in scelte qualitative altissime all'interno della sua azienda, piuttosto che dare priorità a prezzi bassi e oli schifosi ( come molti oggi fanno).
Altamente consigliato a tutti coloro che veramente vogliono un olio di oliva e non un olio scadente

Always grown with home-grown oil, I still chose to buy from the Prosperino company because the quality and flavors are even superior to home-made oils, where no chemicals are used to increase the yield.
I also had the opportunity to meet the owner who invited me to take a gastronomic and cultural journey in his company; I was immediately able to perceive his passion for his products / work, making me realize how much all this can translate into very high quality choices within his company, rather than giving priority to low prices and lousy oils (like many today they do).
Highly recommended for anyone who really wants an olive oil and not a poor oil
