Appena tornati a casa abbiamo assaggiato formaggio e olio, molto buoni. Peccato che andando a verificare sul sito dell'azienda abbiamo scoperto che ci han fatto pagare l'olio 3 euro di più (15 euro contro i 12 pubblicizzati sul sito) e le lenticchie 1 euro in più al chilo (5 euro contro i 4 in listino). Non è una scelta molto azzeccata, visto che pensavamo di comprare altro olio e non lo faremo, a questo punto (aggiornamento: su protesta del padrone di casa oggi sono venuti a scusarsi offrendoci i 5 eiro di differenza per wuel che avevamo pagato in piu) We were at the company today, on the advice of our landlord. L'azienda produce anche un ottimo pecorino, e quando è possibile, una ricotta strepitosa. Altro prodotto di assoluta bontà sono le noci, "brutte ma buonissime" e non trattate. Le lenticchie sono sicuramente comparable con quelle di "Castelluccio". Lenticchie e noci a 4€/kg, olio extravergine di oliva, pecorino fresco a 10€/kg e ogni sabato ricotta fresca a 7€/kg. You can find all products of their excellent production! Lentils and walnuts at 4 € / kg, extra virgin olive oil, fresh pecorino cheese at 10 € / kg and every Saturday fresh ricotta cheese at 7 € / kg.
