Dinner with friends, good food, good company, all paired with excellent Profonde Radici wine and sour cherry pulp to enhance the pleasures of the palate. Ho conosciuto l'azienda agricola Scacciapensieri alcuni anni fa e naturalmente uno dei suoi prodotti d'ecellenza, il vin di visciola. Le aspettative non sono mai state tradite, il coinvolgimento papillare è totale, i i sapori naturali, rotondi, reali. Un piacere da sorseggiare; come immergersi in una incontaminata radiosa natura. Felice della conoscenza. Il basso tenore alcoolico lo rende ineguagliabile. Bravi!

I met the Scacciapensieri farm a few years ago and of course one of its products of excellence, the sour cherry wine. Expectations have never been betrayed, the papillary involvement is total, the flavors are natural, round, real. A pleasure to sip; like immersing yourself in unspoiled, radiant nature. Happy with the knowledge. The low alcohol content makes it unparalleled. Well done!
