★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un' azienda agricola (vinicola) davvero molto carina, sia come location sia per la posizione.
Il vino che produce è buono, soprattutto da apprezzare moltissimo il fatto che valorizzi il Cilento e tutti i suoi prodotti.
Mentre il servizio l'ho trovato davvero pessimo...su tre portate per rapporto qualità-prezzo non si salva nessuno...il vino (un Rosé) arrivato caldo, ciò è inconcepibile per un'azienda che ha puntato tutto sul vino. I camerieri semplicemente inefficiente.
Ci sarebbe bisogno di fare due valutazioni distinte:
-Per il vino che produce merita un 5 stelle
-Per il servizio e le pietanze merita 1 stella
CONSIGLIO SOLO DI ACQUISTARE IL VINO.
 A very nice farm (winery), both as a location and for the position.
The wine it produces is good, especially to appreciate very much the fact that it enhances Cilento and all its products.
While the service I found it really bad ... on three courses for value for money nobody is saved ... the wine (a Rosé) arrived hot, this is inconceivable for a company that has staked everything on wine. The waiters just inefficient.
There would be a need to make two distinct assessments:
-For the wine it produces it deserves a 5 star rating
-For the service and the dishes it deserves 1 star
I ONLY RECOMMEND BUYING THE WINE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stelle perché il posto è molto carino e la qualità del cibo è alta, tipica dei paesi. Peccato per la pasta un po' scotta e i prezzi un po' alti, però la posizione è ottima e lo spazio fuori incantevole
4 stars because the place is very nice and the quality of the food is high, typical of the countries. Too bad for the pasta a bit 'hot and the prices a bit' high, but the location is great and the space outside enchanting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ospitali e molto professionali. Si mangia bene. Complimenti allo chef. Non è confortevole la zona dove si mangia. Sembra sempre un posto improvvisato, in attesa di lavori ma a distanza di qualche anno l'ho trovato identico. Da dire vini eccezionali, da regalarsi e da regalare.
Hospitable and very professional. You eat well. Kudos to the chef. The eating area is not comfortable. It always seems like an improvised place, waiting for work but after a few years I found it identical. To say exceptional wines, to treat yourself and to give as gifts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the esplanade boutique hotel in paestum. We tried the pian di stio white wine here. When we asked was it a local wine, we were told it was from the vineyard owned by the hotel. They also have a shop where you can buy the wine. It is about a 20 minute drive from the hotel. The wine is not cheap. There is a great variety of wines to choose from. Have never seen these wines before. But they are well known in Italy. We bought some bottles and were not disappointed.
They do group tastings. If in the area try this wine. Even if you know nothing about wine. You will not be disappointed
