La questione non e' assolutamente di 20 anni fa; e' super attuale in quanto alcuni mesi fa ho restituito le bottiglie e non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso ed oggi mi avete confermato telefonicamente, che non mi rimborserete; e la vostra prima telefonata e' stata incommentabile, ma come ho detto alla sig.a Ferrari, agiro' di conseguenza........ per non parlare dell'attuale pessima qualita' del vino....... sono passati altri giorni e il rimborso della caparra, da me versata, continua a non avvenire, nonostante io abbia restituito da mesi le bottiglie vuote; pertanto l'ulteriore scusa della vendemmia non regge confermando il comportamento di questa azienda.......
