Devo ancora assaggiare il pecorino dolce, che centellino, ma non ho dubbi che sarà ottimo pure quello. Posto consigliatissimo. Meglio sempre chiamare prima, Laura è molto gentile e viene allo spaccio appena può.
Freshly made butter and ricotta, truly unique! Yogurt is also amazing, both from cow and goat. I have yet to taste the sweet pecorino, what a centellino, but I have no doubt that it will be excellent too. Highly recommended place. Better always to call first, Laura is very kind and comes to the shop as soon as she can.
