★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solaria is a winery run by women, making wine from the grapes from the surrending fields. They primary make Brunello wine. Likewise with olive oil. I visited as part of a travel company, where Solaria made lunch with local Tuscan products. This was servered among the wine barrels with tasting of their wine. Everything tasted delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great experience! There were 6 of us and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We have been to wine country all over the world and Anna Lisa was fantastic. The wine was excellent. Collectively we bought more than 12 bottles. Worth the trip!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the wine tasting here. They only serve various red wines because of the climate in Tuscany. I wish they had more selection of food or meats here to eat but the bread and olive oil was great. Very nice service and beautiful local winery. Worth a stop to try what they got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a really great wine tour and tasting guided by the owner's daughter who took her time to show and explain everything to us, despite the place being busy. We had a 10 month old and a nearly 3 year old with us but this was not a problem. Would highly recommend :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weird experience. The estate is beautiful and looks very well kept. The tour was informative yet hasty. The wine is excellent. After buying a few bottles of wine, I felt like I was just another tourist who added to their numbers.
Just before leaving, I cut a single leaf of rosemary, as my son and I always like to smell the different varieties of rosemary wherever we go. A lady (seemed like the owner herself) marched up on us and started shouting at me and telling me not to break the plants because this is not my house.
The last time somebody shouted at me and embarrassed me in that way, I was in primary school. Perhaps she was having a bad day but a full on argument on a rosemary leaf is beyond bizarre!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply amazing. This place has superb reviews, and well deserved. Patrizia and her daughters are amazing hosts. We stopped here for an impromptu wine tasting, no reservations, no nothing. Patrizia and her daughters welcomed us, checked all the safety protocols and then sat us for a brilliant tasting of their wines. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. We tried their Rosso Di Montalcino, the Brunello, a unique rose and even the grappa. We also tried their olive oil. Guided tasting is offered in both Italian and English. Thanks Patrizia!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot and differentiating winery offering free drop in tastings. The Riserva and specified selection vintages are also very high quality at a fraction of the price of other wineries. Great service as well. Looking forward to picking up more bottles!
