★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai eu la possibilité de déguster deux des spécialités de leur production, le merlot 2019 , vin aux senteurs de chocolat et fruits rouges; idéale à être déguster seul grâce à sa douceur. Ensuite j'ai pu goûter le merlot Syrah 2019, où l'on retrouve des notes de cerises avec une excellente tenue. Le dégustation de cet assemblage a été accompagnée par des pâtes aux moules, très particulier mais excellent. Entreprise familiale merveilleuse , aussi bien grâce aux produits qu'au gérant, d'une générosité rare.
J'ai déjà fait ma première commande, j'espère pouvoir essayé les autres spécialités au plus vite.
 I had the opportunity to taste two of the specialties of their production, the 2019 Merlot, a wine with scents of chocolate and red fruits; ideal to be enjoyed alone thanks to its sweetness. Then I was able to taste the 2019 Syrah Merlot, which has hints of cherries with excellent staying power. The tasting of this blend was accompanied by pasta with mussels, very particular but excellent. A wonderful family business, both thanks to the products and the manager, of rare generosity.
I have already made my first order, I hope to be able to try the other specialties as soon as possible.
