Buona parte dei prodotti sono coltivati da loro questo permette di contenere i costi mantenendo una qualità alta dei prodotti. Ottime le Uova ed i Pioppini. La vendita di ortaggi viene effettuata da primavera a settembre nei mesi rimanenti aprono al pubblico solo una volta a settimana per la vendita di uova, Pioppini e patate
