L’ho abbinato a dei tajarin alla tartufata di funghi e tartufo nero ed era fantastico, poi l’ho usato anche come dessert con una torta al cioccolato fondente e frutta secca ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica! ?
A fantastic wine that I had in the cellar and I don't remember where it came from. I paired it with tajarin with mushroom truffle and black truffle and it was fantastic, then I also used it as a dessert with a dark chocolate cake and dried fruit and it was a fantastic experience! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complimenti per il Barbera d'asti superiore,già versandolo nel bicchiere il colore rosso rubino affascina,il profumo di viola con un leggero sentore di mora selvatica inebria,la gradazione alcolica importante (15,5 gradi) conferisce al vino una struttura e un carattere per niente aggressivo,una rara esperienza.
Congratulations for the Barbera d'asti Superiore, already pouring it into the glass the ruby red color fascinates, the scent of violet with a slight hint of wild blackberry intoxicates, the important alcohol content (15.5 degrees) gives the wine structure and character not aggressive at all, a rare experience.
