★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Credo di essere il primo a recensire questa piccola azienda. Abbiamo preso diversi formaggi di mucca e qualcosa di capra. L'atmosfera è di un un allevamento di altri tempi. Il piccolo negozio è nel cortile di casa e mentre attendi in fila vedi la stalla con le vacche che mangiano. Mi sono affacciato nella stalla scoprendo i vitelli dietro la mamma mentre si stava facendo mungere. Il resto del giorno gli animali lo passano a pascolare. I formaggi sono quelli classici della valle, dal taleggio allo stracchino stagionato. Fanno anche formaggi freschi come il caprino. Tutto decisamente gustoso!
I believe I am the first to review this small company. We took several cow cheeses and some goat cheeses. The atmosphere is of a farm from another time. The small shop is in the backyard and while you wait in line you see the barn with the cows eating. I looked into the barn and discovered the calves behind their mother while she was being milked. The rest of the day the animals spend grazing. The cheeses are the classic ones of the valley, from taleggio to matured stracchino. They also make fresh cheeses like goat cheese. All very tasty!
