Purtroppo però alcuni vini prodotti non sono all'altezza, alcuni vini il tappo è saltato perchè in cantina non hanno bloccato la fermentazioni alcolica, producendo anidride carbonica e portando allo scoppio della bottiglia. Negli ultimi anni per ovviare al problema hanno portato i loro vini a 14 gradi di gradazione alcolica.
Inoltre consiglierei tutti i silos in acciaio invece del vetroresina, ovvio è un costo, ma preferirei pagare qualcosa in più il vino ed avere un prodotto di maggiore qualità.

Unfortunately, however, some wines produced are not up to par, some wines the cork is blown because in the cellar they have not blocked the alcoholic fermentation, producing carbon dioxide and leading to the bursting of the bottle. In recent years, to remedy the problem, they have brought their wines to 14 degrees of alcohol content.
Also I would recommend all steel silos instead of fiberglass, obviously it is a cost, but I would prefer to pay a little more for the wine and have a higher quality product.
