Ho ordinato via e mail 4 barattoli da 200 g di creme spalmabili ( 2 alla nocciola e cacao, 1 fondente e 1 bianca); il pacco arriva e vedo con stupore dopo aver indicato sulla e mail la tipologia di barattoli, che non era quello che avevo richiesto, allora decido di chiamare e vedere come sistemare la cosa. E con stupore hanno ammesso l' errore e mi hanno spedito i barattoli che volevo regalandomi quelli che hanno sbagliato a mandarmi. Un comportamento non da tutti e molto apprezzato dal sottoscritto non tanto per il regalo ma per il modo in cui hanno ammesso l' errore e hanno rimediato da gente che ha voglia di lavorare. Passiamo al prodotto in se, un ottimo prodotto di qualita' si sente la nocciola non tanto zuccheroso insomma una bomba; oltre che hanno voglia di lavorare sanno anche fare il loro mestiere complimenti complimenti. I ordered via e-mail 4 cans of 200 g of spreadable cream (2 with hazelnut and cocoa, 1 dark and 1 white); the package arrives and I see with amazement after having indicated on the e-mail the type of cans, which was not what I had requested, then I decide to call and see how to fix it. And with astonishment they admitted the mistake and they sent me the jars I wanted giving them those that were wrong to send me. A behavior not everyone is very appreciated by the undersigned, not so much for the gift but for the way in which they admitted the error and have remedied by people who want to work. Let's move on to the product itself, a great quality product you can hear the hazelnut not so sugary in short, a bomb; not only they want to work well they do their job compliment compliments.

Even having no appointment they took lots of time and so we learned very interesting facts about the hazelnut, the production and last not least it’s products. We totally recommend this place and the products - they are just worth their price and a nice memory for us to the time at Gala.
