I have known them for years and I only eat their products, we were there last week and we will go there again next week to get some supplies because we are far away. Da segnalare anche il guanciale... l'ho inserito in un gustosissimo tortino di patate schiacciate :-) Salumificio with very good products of great quality. To try absolutely the cup made by mr. Smashes in an artisanal way. Also noteworthy is the bacon ... I put it in a very tasty mashed potato pie :-)

Io sono abruzzese ma posso affermare che non ho mai assaggiato un prodotto simile così delicato e fine.
