★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questa azienda agricola aveva in Olgiate Comasco un distributore di latte crudo dal quale mi servivo sia pure saltuariamente. Tornato a metà agosto dalle vacanze ho trovato il distributore chiuso. Il problema è che ho una chiavetta in cui sono ancora caricati 27 euro circa, chiavetta che usavo per prelevare il latte. Affisso fuori dal distributore c'è un cartello che chiede agli utenti di esaurire il credito presente sulle chiavette entro il 15 agosto perché poi il distributore avrebbe chiuso.
Telefono all'azienda agricola e una signora.mi risponde dicendo che loro avevano affisso il cartello dai primi di luglio e quindi avrei avuto un mese e mezzo per esaurire il credito presente sulla chiavetta e che adesso mica potevano riaccendere il distributore per verificare il credito presente sulla chiavetta. Peccato che io sono stato assente da Olgiate dal 15 luglio al 12 agosto.
Ma anche se fossi stato presente avrei trovato lo stesso questa procedura oltremodo scorretta.
This farm had in Olgiate Comasco a distributor of raw milk from which I used myself albeit occasionally. Back in mid-August from the holidays I found the vending machine closed. The problem is that I have a key in which about 27 euros are still loaded, a key that I used to withdraw milk. There is a sign posted outside the vending machine asking users to run out of credit on their sticks by August 15 because the vending machine would then close.
I telephone the farm and a lady replies saying that they had posted the sign since early July and therefore I would have had a month and a half to run out of the credit on the stick and that now they could not turn the vending machine back on to check the credit present on the stick. Too bad I was absent from Olgiate from 15 July to 12 August.
But even if I had been present I would have found this procedure extremely incorrect.
