Beautiful discovery, visit to the vineyard led by the passionate and competent owner, really very hospitable .... and to follow a spectacular barbecue with excellent wine at an honest price. Highly recommended

Beyond all expectations. Gianfranco is in love with his land and his work and manages to pass it on to his guests. He delighted us with his excellent wine and with a delicious grill. We are waiting for your bottles to let our friends know your wine!

Si dice che “Il vino è poesia imbottigliata”.( Robert Louis Balfour Stevenson), ed é proprio il caso di Suber nato dalla coltivazione di tre vitigni siciliani (Nero d'Avola, Frappato e Alicante) prodotto a circa 20 km da Caltagirone nel bosco di Santo Pietro dall’azienda vitivinicola – Daino – (agricoltura biologica ) che in poco tempo ha saputo affermarsi sul mercato per la qualità dei vini, riconosciuta con alcuni premi di portata nazionale e internazionale.
Il profumo di Suber è particolarmente fruttato e aromatico, il colore di un rosso intenso. Vi consiglio vivamente di provare questo vino eccellente.
We tasted this fine wine and it is certainly one of the best in the world.
It is said that "Wine is bottled poetry" (Robert Louis Balfour Stevenson), and it is precisely the case of Suber born from the cultivation of three Sicilian vines (Nero d'Avola, Frappato and Alicante) produced about 20 km from Caltagirone in Bosco di Santo Pietro from the winery - Daino - (organic farming) which in a short time has been able to establish itself on the market for the quality of its wines, recognized with some national and international awards.
The scent of Suber is particularly fruity and aromatic, the color of an intense red. I highly recommend you to try this excellent wine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a beautiful independent small vineyard. The setting is intimate and the host was wonderful! Be prepared for a drive down a dirt road with no signage. Follow the pin to arrive at a great little venue.
