Fantastici i pascoli dove nel periodo primavera estate autunno il bestiame vive in libertà. Lode alla piccola produzione di pecorino del matese rigorosamente a latte crudo proveniente da allevamento aziendale.

Fantastic pastures where in the spring summer autumn the cattle live in freedom. Praise to the small production of pecorino del matese strictly with raw milk coming from the farm.
