G	GLENDA COSCI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto incantevole e ben tenuto, per non parlare del panorama. Personale gentilissimo e prodotti ottimi. Buona sia la cena che la colazione. Una particolare nota di merito va alla ragazza addetta al servizio in sala, la quale ci ha fatto la cortesia di portarci a fare un giro nelle vigne e nelle cantine (nonostante fossimo solo in due e non fossero previsti tour per quel giorno). La degustazione dei vini e il tagliere sono stati ineccepibili. Lovely and well-kept place, not to mention the view. Very kind staff and excellent products. Good both dinner and breakfast. A particular note of merit goes to the girl in charge of the room service, who did us the courtesy to take us for a tour in the vineyards and cellars (although we were only two and there were no tours for that day). The wine tasting and the platter were faultless.

A seguire abbiamo fatto cena semprr lì alla braceria. Tutto ottimo e abbondante!! excellent farm! the wine tasting was really enjoyable, interesting, in Italian and English. 3CALICI di Chianti of excellent quality, with a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. Afterwards we always had dinner there at the grill. All excellent and plentiful !!
S	Santa Caruso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato una visita guidata alle cantine e al Castello con degustazione 3 calici con affettati e formaggi abbinati per 25€ a testa. Siamo arrivati e siamo stati accolti dal proletario molto cortese è disponibile, dopo pochi minuti una collaboratrice ci ha portati a fare la visita guidata partendo dal Castello visto estrarne te e della quale abbiamo avuto un’esaustiva spiegazione storica (anche se pensavamo di visitare anche all’interno) abbiamo attraversato le vigne per poi arrivare alla cantina dove abbiamo visto le botti dove viene stoccato è fatto fermentare e invecchiare il vino. Siamo rientrati al punto di partenza e saliti nella braceria abbiamo fatto la degustazione di 3 vini con un tagliere per 2 persone molto misero. Onestamente senza nulla togliere alla visita wine tasting un filo troppo costoso per quello che ci è stato offerto. We booked a guided tour of the cellars and the Castle with tasting 3 glasses with meats and cheeses paired for € 25 each. We arrived and we were welcomed by the very courteous proletarian who is available, after a few minutes a collaborator took us on a guided tour starting from the Castle having seen you extract it and of which we had an exhaustive historical explanation (even if we thought we would also visit all 'inside) we crossed the vineyards and then arrived at the cellar where we saw the barrels where it is stored is fermented and aged the wine. We returned to the starting point and went up to the grill where we tasted 3 wines with a very poor cutting board for 2 people. Honestly, without taking anything away from the wine tasting visit, a thread too expensive for what we were offered.

Angefangen von dem äußerst freundlichen Empfang an der Rezeption bis hin zu dem tollen Service beim Frühstücken. Ein wirkliches Highlight, ist das Abendessen mit Blick über Siena, selten habe ich so magische Momente erlebt. Wir reisen viel in der Welt umher, aber das Castel di Pugna steht ganz oben auf meiner „Wiederkommliste“. Danke für diese Schönheit. If you are looking for peace and beauty, this is the place for you. It's unbelievable what flair you can experience here. Starting with the extremely friendly welcome at reception to the great service at breakfast. A real highlight is the dinner with a view over Siena, I have seldom experienced such magical moments. We travel around the world a lot, but Castel di Pugna is at the top of my “return list”. Thank you for this beauty.
L	Lisa Novembre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht geblieben sind, aber während unseres Toskana Roadtrips hatten wir hier wohl den schönsten Aufenthalt. Ein paar Punkte, die mir besonders gut gefallen haben: - Weintour/Führung mit Verkostung - Saubere und geräumige Zimmer/Apartments - fantastisches Frühstück - tolle Atmosphäre - Ruhe - freundliches Personal (besonders der Frühstückskoch) Das einzige, was mir weniger gefallen hat, war der Grillabend. Die Vorspeisen waren gut, aber das Gegrillte hat uns eher weniger geschmeckt. Aber der Restaufenthalt war so perfekt, dass ich keinen Stern abziehen möchte. Es ist zwar schon über ein Jahr her, seit unseres Aufenthaltes, aber er ist uns nach wie vor in schöner Erinnerung geblieben. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Toskana sind, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. It's a shame we only stayed one night, but we probably had the best stay here during our Tuscany road trip. A few points I particularly liked: - Wine tour/guided tour with tasting - Clean and spacious rooms/apartments - fantastic breakfast - great atmosphere - Quiet - friendly staff (especially the breakfast chef) The only thing I didn't like was the BBQ night. The starters were good, but we didn't like the grilled food. But the rest of my stay was so perfect that I don't want to deduct a star. It's been more than a year since our stay, but we still have fond memories of him. If we're ever in Tuscany again, we'd love to come back.

La signora ci ha accompagnati in una bellissima visita del castello, dei vigneti attorno, fino alla cantina vera e propria dove ci ha raccontato della vendemmia e come si produce il vino locale. A seguire, la degustazione di loro 3 vini in accompagnamento ad un tagliere di salumi e formaggi. Bellissima visita, e ottimi anche i vini. Avremmo voluto anche cenare, c'era una bellissima terrazza con una spettacolare vista su Siena, ma era occupata da un matrimonio. Torneremo! Enchanting tasting with guided tour. The lady accompanied us on a beautiful visit of the castle, of the surrounding vineyards, up to the real cellar where she told us about the harvest and how the local wine is produced. Following, the tasting of their 3 wines accompanied by a platter of cold cuts and cheeses. Beautiful visit, and excellent wines too. We also wanted to have dinner, there was a beautiful terrace with a spectacular view over Siena, but it was occupied by a wedding. We'll be back!

The wine was pretty good but we only liked their full bodied chianti enough to buy a bottle. They supplemented our tasting with a meat and cheese plate which was nice. I recommend this for a short tour. They also have accommodations and a restaurant.
