Il driver UPS apre i pacci e rubba la merce durante il transporto ; secondo Borsellino è normale bisogna accettare.
La prima volta abbiamo solo segnalato il fatto con due mails a Borsellino e a UPS. Come sé non fosse, non è successo niente : né rimborso, né scuse, né risarcimento ! niente !
Diventando un’abitudine la seconda volta abbiamo rifiutato la consegna per le sole casse aperte.
Ci abbiamo rimesso due casse e il porto ; Borsellino rifiuta di spedire la merce pagata col pretesto che UPS fa pagare il ritorno e la nuova consegna.
Con un costo di transporto elevatissimo [80 euros per 71 chili transportati] siamo in grado di esigere un minimo di probità.
Borsellino è in malafede !Chi commette la manquanza paga !
Awful Experience!
The UPS driver opens pacci and steals the goods during transport; according Borsellino is normal you have to accept.
The first time we only reported the fact with two mails to Borsellino and UPS. As se does not, nothing happened: no refund, no apology, no compensation! nothing !
By becoming a habit the second time we refused delivery for the only open crates.
We have put two boxes and the port; Borsellino refuses to send the goods paid under the pretext that UPS charges the return and the new delivery.
With a very high cost of transportation [80 euros per 71 kilos transportati] we are able to demand a minimum of integrity.
Borsellino is in bad faith! Who commits the manquanza pay!
