Conosco, ovviamente, le mandorle siciliane ma ho trovato molto buone le vostre "mandorle mollesche".
Ingredienti ? Mandorle e sale... Eventualmente tracce di... glutine...
In un'alimentazione tanto "degradata" da sostanze chimiche aggiunte... è il massimo.
Inoltre sono molto saporite e credo siano pugliesi al 100%. Complimenti.

Abbiamo stappato un Vincotto di Uva che sapeva di analcolico col mosto d’uva dalla fragranza titubante e poco minerale. Il nostro olfatto ci ha dimostrato la poca perseveranza del carattere della bevanda classificandola come abbeveraggio del bivacco di pescina valle del giovenco. Scherzo di cattivo gusto... NON È VERO NON HO ANCORA STAPPATO LA BOTTIGLIA, SIETE DEI GRANDI.
