Fantastico posto tra Langa piemontese e Appennino Ligure ove a volte sembra che si sia fermato il tempo. Mi piace sempre ricordare che a San Benedetto Belbo ci fu uno dei primi monasteri della zona che nel Medio Evo seppe mantenere e diffondere la cultura. Una visita è consigliatissima per l'ambiente, le persone e gli ottimi prodotti! Ivo e Silvia producono miele sopraffino e formaggi di capra eccezionali, nella meravigliosa cornice dell'alta langa. I metodi di produzione antichi e il grande rispetto e la passione per i loro animali si ritrovano nel gusto dei prodotti e nel sorriso con cui si viene accolti. Da non perdere! Too bad not being able to give more stars! More unique than rare family business! Ivo and Silvia produce superfine honey and exceptional goat cheeses, in the wonderful setting of the Alta Langa. The ancient production methods and the great respect and passion for their animals are found in the taste of the products and in the smile with which you are welcomed. Not to be missed!

Non ho provato il miele ma mi sento di consigliarlo ad occhi chiusi perche' conosco la filosofia di Ivo. Capre felici nutrite esclusivamente al pascolo, famiglia entusiasta della propria di vita, natura pressoche' incontaminata! Da provare! Really good and genuine cheeses like the family that gave life to this small company in Alta Langa. I haven't tried honey but I would recommend it with my eyes closed because I know Ivo's philosophy. Happy goats fed exclusively on pasture, family enthusiastic about their own life, almost uncontaminated nature! To try!
