Inoltre mi è stata recapitata una bellissima scatola con ben 4 tipologie diverse di miele (Sulla, Coriandolo, Trifoglio e Girasole) e un foglio che spiega le proprietà e gli abbinamenti gastronomici migliori per ogni miele. Non solo sono stata felicissima di ricevere in adozione per un anno l'arnia (di cui posso controllare i valori tramite app), ma i loro mieli sono buonissimi, in particolare, sono rimasta stupita dalla bontà del miele di Sulla e da quello di Trifoglio. Tornerò a sostenere questa azienda e non vedo l'ora di piantare i semi di erba sulla che erano presenti nella scatola! L'ordine è stato elaborato e spedito in tempi molto brevi; il pacco, confezionato con cura, è arrivato nell'arco di 2 giorni lavorativi. Il miele finora assaggiato è buonissimo. M	M S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di più non si possono mettere. Azienda conosciuta attraverso la possibilità di "adottare un'arnia" e quindi ho cercato i vari produttori. Mi son incuriosito, tra i mieli rari, c'era quello di Coriandolo, quindi, il barattolo da 1 kg è finito troppo rapidamente!!!! Alla prima occasione, son andato a trovarli ed ho potuto constatare la gentilezza e la passione che lega questo lavoro ad Alfredo, il titolare dell'azienda. Così, ho visto la "mia arnia" ed ho potuto vedere la pace che regna dove sono ubicate le arnie.... Per forza il loro miele è davvero ottimo. Ho preso altri 2 kg di miele di Coriandolo e, dopo un campioncino ricevuto con l'adozione, ho preso anche un 500 gr di miele di Tiglio. Causa disservizio tecnico, ho dovuto pagare in contanti, anche se, da parte del titolare, la buona volontà c'è stata. Pazienza, in negozio lui, ci sta poco, in quanto l'azienda non produce soltanto miele ma anche altre specialità tipiche locali. Consiglio vivamente questa azienda, per la gentilezza e la passione per un lavoro che prosegue da generazioni. Appena possibile, vedrò di rifare tappa nuovamente per altri mieli. I highly recommend this company, for the kindness and passion for a work that has been going on for generations. As soon as possible, I will try to make a stop again for other honeys.
