Mia moglie dice che dopo averlo messo nel frigo se diventa troppo opaco e si indurisce significa che è stato aggiunto lo sciroppo di glucosio. Io non ci ho capito più niente, chi mi sa dire se questo miele contiene sciroppo di glucosio? my personal trainer told me be careful when buying honey because 90% of the jars contain more glucose syrup than real honey. My wife says after putting it in the fridge if it becomes too opaque and hardens it means that glucose syrup has been added. I have not understood anything anymore, who can tell me if this honey contains glucose syrup?
A	Ap Jardim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo comprato l’estate scorsa un barattolo di questo miele al Conad, lo ho tenuto in frigorifero perché stavamo avendo un piccolo problema di formiche piccoline in casa (sono al piano terra con tutto il giardino attorno). Dopo una settimana il miele nel barattolo è diventato un blocco durissimo come pietra ed il miele ha assunto un colore bianco. Segno che al miele è stato aggiunto molto sciroppo di glucosio? Verosimilmente direi proprio di sì. Lo sconsiglio a tutti! I bought a jar of this honey at Conad last summer, I kept it in the refrigerator because we were having a small problem with tiny ants in the house (they are on the ground floor with the whole garden around). After a week the honey in the jar it has become a very hard block like stone and the honey has taken on a white color. A sign that a lot of glucose syrup has been added to the honey? I would probably say yes. I do not recommend it to everyone!

Pagato un'assurdità per questa porcheria a base di sciroppo di glucosio. Di miele vero ce n'è ben poco. Sono atleta di arti marziali e prima di comprarlo venivo da una dieta chetogenica durata 12 settimane per tagliare il peso e rientrare nella mia categoria, a questo punto mancando pochissimo alla competizione che devo disputare, volevo reintrodurre i carboidrati puntando sulla qualità del miele artigianale ed invece mi sono ritrovato con questo barattolo di una porcheria inaudita. Dovrà contenere probabilmente al 90% solo sciroppo di glucosio visto tutto il cortisolo che mi porta ad aumentare ad ogni cucchiaino che mangio. Sarebbe da denunciare alle autorità una truffa come questa. I bought a large jar at Conad two weeks ago, and it was the most expensive of all on the shelf. Paid nonsense for this glucose syrup crap. I am a martial arts athlete and before buying it I came from a ketogenic diet that lasted 12 weeks to cut weight and fall into my category, at this point missing very little from the competition that I have to compete, I wanted to reintroduce carbohydrates focusing on the quality of artisan honey and instead I found myself with this jar of unheard-of filth. It will probably have to contain only 90% glucose syrup given all the cortisol which leads me to increase with every teaspoon I eat. A scam like this would be reported to the authorities.
